Home Check-Ins
Enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. Choose from weekly, biweekly, or monthly home check-ins, customized to your home and your needs.
Together, we’ll create a personalized checklist of items you’d like monitored and cared for—from checking doors, windows, plumbing, appliances, and utilities to watering plants, collecting mail, or simply making sure everything is just as it should be.
This service also includes meeting service technicians at your property.
Home check-ins start at $35 per visit, with pricing based on property size, location, and requested services.

Arrival & Departure Services
Come home to everything ready and waiting—or leave the island knowing your home is taken care of.
Arrival services can include preparing your home before you arrive, turning on the A/C, checking utilities, stocking groceries, making beds, light cleaning, accepting deliveries, and handling the little details that make coming home easier.
Departure services can include a final home check, removing trash and perishables, securing doors and windows, adjusting A/C, checking appliances, bringing in outdoor items, and making sure your home is clean, secure, and ready while you’re away.
We personalize services to your home, travel schedule,
and individual needs.
We also provide this service for Boats in the Fajardo area.
